Nothing Extra

We managed to create a comfortable living space for a family with a child in this apartment of 65 sq.m. The interior design is utterly simple, minimalistic, in calming and subdued colors with elegant black & white accents. White doors, tall white baseboards, and a bit of decoration. One of the main accents is black window frames from the developer, which fit well in the interior.

The Triumph of Minimalism

We managed to create a comfortable living space for a family with a child in this apartment of 65 sq.m. The interior design is utterly simple, minimalistic, in calming and subdued colors with elegant black & white accents. White doors, tall white baseboards, and a bit of decoration. One of the main accents is black window frames from the developer, which fit well in the interior.

A Counter, Not a Table

We combined the living room and the kitchen. We installed the kitchen island instead of a dining table, inside of which there is a storage space for dishes and cutlery. The gray-colored kitchen is laconic and symmetrical; it has two built-in cabinets on the sides to hide the fridge, oven, and microwave oven. The cooking area with a sink is in the middle of the built-in kitchen. As usual, the living room has a sitting area and a TV.

Keep Calm

The small bedroom has a bed, bedside tables, and a dressing table with a mirror. The color scheme is neutral and calming, without any bright details – only a few black accents such as the mirror, wall lights, and bedcover. Floor-to-ceiling windows add light and air to this small space.

Play and Rest

It is a simple room with some free space for a four years old boy. Three-meter high ceiling allowed for a two-story playing area, almost like a treehouse. For the sake of safety, we fenced the upper part with a net. A lovely accent lamp decorated with birds hangs from the ceiling. The closet doors are covered with a decorative print. Toy cars painted along the perimeter adorn the walls. There are frame bins for toy storage.

Two in One

We visually divided the bathroom into two parts. In the first area, we put a wall-hung vanity unit with a spectacular dark countertop washbasin made of natural stone. There is a round mirror in a black frame hanging above it. Opposite the washbasin, we installed a laundry cupboard with washing and drying machines as well as some storage space. The second part of the bathroom has a bathtub and toilet bowl. The decorative ceramic wall panel adorns the wall behind the tub.

Let’s Have a Rest

There is a lounge area on the balcony with stylish chairs, a coffee table, and a tall storage cabinet.

Perfectly Laconic

We chose gray and blue colors for the entry room. The flooring is wood-look tiles in the herringbone pattern. There are a laconic hanger and a large mirror in a black frame to the left of the entrance.

Changing Everything

Originally, it was a two-room apartment, but we decided to transform the developer’s layout. There were no walls aside from the outer walls, one load-bearing wall separating the kid’s bedroom, and a ventilation duct between the kitchen and bathroom. We made space for a small bedroom of 10 sq.m. with a separate walk-in closet, and a kid’s bedroom; increased the bathroom area at the expense of the entry room, and combined the kitchen and living room. As a result, we got a two-bedroom apartment.
